The NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM) is a cutting-edge therapy that is designed to free us from the attachment-related, complex trauma that can deeply affect our identity, emotions and relationships.

NARM focuses on how previously adaptive ways of being distort what we are experiencing in the present. NARM reinforces connection to the transformative adult self, which helps clients realize authentic confidence, more effortless connection with others, and less worry, shame and anxiety.

NARM was developed by Dr. Laurence Heller and described in his groundbreaking book: Healing Developmental Trauma.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a powerful therapeutic process that uses the mind’s natural healing powers to heal painful memories and emotions that hold us back.

EMDR quickly ‘metabolizes’ toxic trauma and is considered an evidence-based treatment. While there are no guarantees in therapy, results can often be realized in a limited number of sessions.
